I have changed the time scheduling of life and work in a day.
Go to sleep at 22:00 and wake up at 3:00 morning, start to work around at 4:30.
I was completely a night person.
But to work at night is not much efficient and not good for health.
It is good only quiet at night.
I have got deep sleep and easier to wake up at 3 :00 after changed time to sleep .
Darkness should effect good sleep.
more than 10 days have been passed.
I would like to keep it and try a several time scheduling for work at early morning.
